What’s the best exercise to reduce cellulite in back of thighs?

I’m turning 33 next month and I have 2 children. Just this spring I noticed the back of my thighs getting dimply. I don’t have too much time for lengthly exercises or to join a gym. I do try to walk daily at a quick pace but what else can I do to to help.

There is a lot you can do. Walking can greatly help, but the results might not be seen for months, maybe even a year if you’re only walking a little.

My suggestion is to set aside some time every day, maybe 25-30 minutes and do some exercising. This will be your exercise for cellulite time and you will use it do exercises that will increase blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and circulation. Increasing these 3 things is a sure-fire way toward cellulite removal.

The exercises you choose to do are completely up to you. Anything cardiovascular or aerobic in nature will do. This includes walking, running, jogging, swimming, hiking, biking, jumping jacks, jump rope, you name it. You can even try light weight lifting as it too can help “muscle out” — pun intended — cellulite.

Start off slow and then gradually increase the intensity as well as the length of the workout. When you start seeing results, you can tone it down and just do 10 minutes of exercising a day to maintain a cellulite free body.

Also, in addition to exercising, I recommend using a cellulite treatment cream. Using the right cream can go a long way toward cellulite reduction, as it attacks from outside while the exercising attacks from the inside. If you’re worried about spending money, just look for a couple of free trials.

I hope this has help. Good Luck!
