Or do you just end up with toned muscles with it still sat on top??

Have u ever seen it work?

I don’t believe anyone can truthfully say they got rid of cellulite through exercise, no. Mostly what you get is less body fat and the toned muscle so things don’t look quite so bad. The problem is that cellulite is not actually a thing, it’s an appearance. The problem is in where the fat is being stored, in relationship to the skin itself. Fat cells are irregularly shaped, skin cells are like little bricks. Think elephant pressing up against a brick wall. If it’s a big enough elephant, and you push from the other side of him, it’s going to do ugly things to the brick wall. A baby elephant obviously wont’ be doing quite the same amount of damage. Toning the muscle helps add some definition to the area, but it’s not going to miraculously get rid of the look. Where the fat is stored is determined by your genetics, unfortunately- so the problem lies in your genes, not your jeans, for the most part. Of course, the higher the body fat percentage, the more there is to press- ala big elephant. But no, for the most part, exercise just helps some. Losing weight if you are overweight helps some. But all the lotions, potions, and exercises in the world will not make it go away entirely. The researcher who actually finds a solution is going to be a zillionaire- but that day hasn’t arrived yet, and I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for it either. Your options are to tone, keep the weight down, and curse your ancestors.
