Lets take a look at the best exercise for cellulite that can reduce the appearance quickly.There are some great skin treatments that can help break these fat cells up, however if we combine this with effective exercise for cellulite, you will get much faster results. As with all fat burning, the best technique is to work at it from two different angles. We do this by attacking from the bottom and from the top for super quick results. Once we work this system it will give you,
* Fast Fat Burning
* Lean and Toned Muscle
* More Self Confidence
The Power of Interval Training
We all know that aerobics is a great form of exercise for cellulite but did you know that anaerobic exercise is even better? This is also known as interval training. Instead of doing a steady 30 minutes on the bike of jogging, anaerobic exercise is always changing. All the top personal trainers now use interval training as they are shorter cardio workouts and they burn more fat. A good mix of these workouts will also keep your routines different and more enjoyable.
Stretching Routines
The next step is to work on the muscle underneath the fat. If you are not familiar with stretching you can join a local Yoga or Pilates class to learn the basics. Working the muscle from the under side as well gives the fat deposits nowhere to gather. Stretching has so many benefits that it is just a fantastic habit to get in to. If you would rather try stretching from home their are some great books and DVD’s now available.
Burning fat from the top of the legs and building muscle from underneath will give you great results. If you then apply a proven skin treatment, this will give a turbo charge to your results. I always recommend getting the fundamentals of diet and exercise sorted first, then you can start to use extra treatment to their best effect. I always like to add that it is best to do your own due diligence before trying any remedies just so you have peace of mind.

Best Cellulite Exercises For Easy Cellulite Solution
It’s no secret. Cellulite solution is a common wish amongst women of all ages, regardless of body weight or body fat. Women spend billions of dollars on cellulite treatments and cellulite creams every year, usually with little or no lasting results. There are tons of articles out there giving you ‘the answers’. (And I don’t mean the ‘advertorials’ that are trying to sell you anti cellulite cream, lotion or pills.) The truth is, your best weapons in your battle against unwelcome cellulite and the burning question ‘how to get rid of cellulite ‘?, are a smart nutritional routine and a consistent, properly structured home workout program consisting of targeted anti-cellulite exercises.
Anti cellulite nutrition focuses on minimally processed, high nutrient content foods. Salads, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins such as fish, turkey, beans and eggs are at the top of the list for foods that promote cellulite reduction.
As for the properly structured cellulite exercise workout program, I’ve put together a butt, hip and thigh routine which you can incorporate into your current workouts if you have one. This routine specifically targets the areas where cellulite tends to ‘hang out’.
Bear in mind, I’ve been training people since the late eighties. Speaking strictly from experience, I can tell you that the following routine is responsible for helping many women dramatically change the appearance of their cellulite areas.
- Lying on your side, do 10 reps of each anti cellulite exercise:
1) Bring both knees forward so your hips are at a 90 degree angle. Then straighten your top leg out in front of you, still keeping 90 degrees at the hip. Lift the top leg slowly about three feet off the ground & down.
2) Straighten both legs so your body is in a straight line. Tilt the hips forward slightly. Lift the top leg about three feet off the ground & down.
3) Repeat on the other side.
- On the elbows and knees, do 10 reps of each anti cellulite exercise:
1) Extend one leg straight back with your toe on the ground. Lift that leg up toward the ceiling & down. Then switch legs.
2) Lift your knee off the floor. Extend that same heel back and up so your leg is pointing toward the ceiling & then bring the knee back into you. Then switch legs.
- Standing up, do 10 reps of each anti cellulite exercise:
1) Start with your feet together. Step out in front in to a lunge position. Touch the ground with opposite hand. Come back up & step back to the starting position. Then switch legs.
2) Put one foot up on a step (12 – 18 inches high). Slowly step up and down with the other foot. Then switch legs.
If this routine is easy try going through it twice. If you still need more of a challenge, increase the reps to 15 or 20 per set. Do this anti cellulite exercise program two to three times per week and you’ll soon realize that you have found a true cellulite treatment that will also save you a lot of money that you would be spending on cellulite treatments, creams and lotions that never work. Remember, ‘it’s all in the exercises’.

What’s the best exercise to reduce cellulite in back of thighs?

I’m turning 33 next month and I have 2 children. Just this spring I noticed the back of my thighs getting dimply. I don’t have too much time for lengthly exercises or to join a gym. I do try to walk daily at a quick pace but what else can I do to to help.
There is a lot you can do. Walking can greatly help, but the results might not be seen for months, maybe even a year if you’re only walking a little.
My suggestion is to set aside some time every day, maybe 25-30 minutes and do some exercising. This will be your exercise for cellulite time and you will use it do exercises that will increase blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and circulation. Increasing these 3 things is a sure-fire way toward cellulite removal.
The exercises you choose to do are completely up to you. Anything cardiovascular or aerobic in nature will do. This includes walking, running, jogging, swimming, hiking, biking, jumping jacks, jump rope, you name it. You can even try light weight lifting as it too can help “muscle out” — pun intended — cellulite.
Start off slow and then gradually increase the intensity as well as the length of the workout. When you start seeing results, you can tone it down and just do 10 minutes of exercising a day to maintain a cellulite free body.
Also, in addition to exercising, I recommend using a cellulite treatment cream. Using the right cream can go a long way toward cellulite reduction, as it attacks from outside while the exercising attacks from the inside. If you’re worried about spending money, just look for a couple of free trials.
I hope this has help. Good Luck!
Would exercise help get rid of cellulite?

I’m not overweight in the least…I’m 5’10″ and 130-140 lbs. I do, though, have a bit of cellulite on my thighs. It’s not major, but it still annoys me. Would jogging or some other form of exercise help it? What about lotions? Anything?
Thanks!
From what I’ve looked up, it seems that none of the oral medicines or creams used to treat cellulite have gone through proper scientific journals, so we can assume that they don’t actually work.
As everybody says, diet and exercise should help the problem, and this comes highly recommended by me. Of course, it’s always good to eat healthy and to exercise. Doing so will not only help with your cellulite, as eating healthy and exercising should also make you feel better about life in general.
However, as far as treating cellulite goes, it seems like exercise and a good diet will only go so far. The medicinal cures for cellulite don’t work, but there are some mechanical techniques that have been shown to help. One of them is lymphatic draining massages, which seems to be a very useful technique. The technique goes something like this: you lay on your back and expose the areas of your body with cellulite. Then, someone slaps the areas with cellulite with their open palms, while occasionally breaking and rubbing the skin in a circular motion. The total amount of time spent slapping the skin in a session should be about 2 minutes. You can have this done professionally, but it seems so easy and would probably be unnecessarily costly to pay for it, so perhaps you can just get a friend or family member to do it? Usually it will take a few sessions before you notice the difference, but it should be very effective if done enough times! Probably there is more information you can find online if you want more specific information (such as how often this is usually administered).
What should happen, is the massage will stimulate fluid in those areas to be drawn into the capillaries. Thus, the appearances of cellulite will go away. This won’t cure the problem forever, as it will eventually come back, but if you do this type of massage relatively regularly you should be set completely.
Hopefully this is helpful!
Has anyone ever actually gotten rid of cellulite through exercise?

Or do you just end up with toned muscles with it still sat on top??
Have u ever seen it work?
I don’t believe anyone can truthfully say they got rid of cellulite through exercise, no. Mostly what you get is less body fat and the toned muscle so things don’t look quite so bad. The problem is that cellulite is not actually a thing, it’s an appearance. The problem is in where the fat is being stored, in relationship to the skin itself. Fat cells are irregularly shaped, skin cells are like little bricks. Think elephant pressing up against a brick wall. If it’s a big enough elephant, and you push from the other side of him, it’s going to do ugly things to the brick wall. A baby elephant obviously wont’ be doing quite the same amount of damage. Toning the muscle helps add some definition to the area, but it’s not going to miraculously get rid of the look. Where the fat is stored is determined by your genetics, unfortunately- so the problem lies in your genes, not your jeans, for the most part. Of course, the higher the body fat percentage, the more there is to press- ala big elephant. But no, for the most part, exercise just helps some. Losing weight if you are overweight helps some. But all the lotions, potions, and exercises in the world will not make it go away entirely. The researcher who actually finds a solution is going to be a zillionaire- but that day hasn’t arrived yet, and I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for it either. Your options are to tone, keep the weight down, and curse your ancestors.
Exercise for cellulite on legs

I’ve been in good shape all my life, and I’m definitely not fat. I’m 5’5 and I weigh 102. I run everyday about 2 miles, but I’ve always had fat/cellulite on my thighs and knees. What can I do about this? Squats, **** lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best. Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy. Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue. The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don’t eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism. The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.
