Exercise is another big one.  It is important to have exercise be part of your life style.  Not only do you want to do some sort of cardio training, but you also need to include strength training in your regimen.  Strength training does not mean that you need to become a body builder; all you are doing is firming up your muscles, which not only will strengthen your bones but also help eliminate body fat.   This is one reason why the majority of men don’t have to worry about losing cellulite, by nature they tend to have more muscle mass than body fat.

Poor circulation is also another big contributor that does not help in getting rid of cellulite.  This poor circulation tends to be on the back of the thigh and butt.  Just by touching the skin in those areas you will tell that there is a difference in temperature on that are of skin from the rest of the body.  The areas with poor circulation will tend to be slightly cooler.  These are the areas where women usually carry most of their body fat and these areas are also more prone to have toxin deposits which don’t allow good circulation.  Applying cellulite creams and massaging those areas will help promote circulation which will help the skin look and feel smoother while Treating cellulite.
